Target Easter Endcap

Juvenile Easter Endcap: Set #1 | American Greetings - Target Exclusive | 2022

After the successful launch of the first Juvenile Birthday Endcap, I was asked to be a part of a split endcap for Easter. It featured 2 artists: myself and Stop The Clock Design. The combination of our styles created a mix of sophistication and fun that gave Target customers a wide range of designs to choose from!

For non-gendered designs, I went with core Easter themes including bunnies and sweet treats. One of my favorite designs of this collection was the chocolate bunny, which had a really deep die-cut along the edge and brought the concept to life!

The girl-centered cards featured charming spring animals and bouncy, uplifting messages. I used a quirky palette that played off Stop The Clock's designs with hits of ocher, turquoise and hot pink that made the art pop in stores!

I designed the boy Easter cards to be packed with adventurous bunnies, vibrant eggs, and cool but simple sentiments. Utilizing a 3 panel fold-out for these cards meant I could maximize the space and increase the story-telling fun!

This collection was set front and center: at the end of the main Easter card assortment. The signage could be seen as soon as you walked through the doors of your local Target!

Juvenile Easter Endcap: Set #2 | American Greetings - Target Exclusive | 2023

The first Easter collaboration performed well so we did a second year set, with just a few updates to keep things fresh. This update was focused on core Easter/Spring concepts, while the boy/girl specific designs carried forward from the previous year.

With this update, I created several sweet spring-centered cards, but tried both busy scenes with lots to look at, and singular character designs with a focus on the details - like the dots pattern inside the bunny ears, which can also be found inside the card!

American Greetings asked for a pair off bunnies and an Easter basket design for the second set. Since the original chocolate bunny did so well, I included a different version for in the Easter basket for the update!
