Birthday Card Line | Hip-Hip | 2015
Hip-Hip was a stationery brand I created, and it launched with a line of 9 celebratory greeting cards. These designs featuring bright colors, playful critters, and lots of confetti. I wanted the birthday line to fully embody the brand and set the tone for collections to come. I came up with the concepts, developed hand-written fonts, and made the illustrations in a whimsical and lightly-retro style.
Birthday Card Refresh | Hip-Hip | 2018
In 2018, I added a 3 card refresh to Hip-Hip’s birthday line. Designs spotlighting animals rose to the top of sales, so I focused on creature features for this update. Additionally, the Hip-Hip line was meant to be slightly skewed toward a female audience, but these cards were a little more boyish to fill out the assortment and meet the needs of the buyers.
